10X Thinking designed the operational excellence system, training and formation of Cueros Velez under continuous innovation methodologies such as DMAIC, TOC and CAPDO, generating a project focused on savings, cost reduction and increased productivity with the assistance of 10 work teams for a period of 6 months.
